Grey’s Anatomy 14.24 Episode Review

Wow! It’s been so long since I took the time to write one of these, but I couldn’t NOT do one for this episode. It was full of humor and love and happy tears––it’s one of those episodes that I know I’ll go back to when I need a mood boost. I was really nervous about this season finale, I’m not going to lie. I was really prepared for doom and gloom, but I’m so happy we got this instead!  Continue reading “Grey’s Anatomy 14.24 Episode Review”

An Interview with Grey Sloan’s Hero Intern

There’s something about getting to talk to the people that bring your favorite characters to life. I can’t describe it… but I know it’s special. It’s not something I ever thought I would get to do. But here I am, for the second time, doing just that.  Continue reading “An Interview with Grey Sloan’s Hero Intern”

Grey’s Anatomy 14.10 Episode Review

I have never related more to April Kepner than I did in this episode. I’ve been having my own crisis of faith for a few years (YEARS!), and I felt a little less alone as I watched April question the same things I’ve been questioning. It made me feel less… broken. Season 14, episode 7: Who Lives, Who Dies, Who Tells Your Story
(Written by Krista Vernoff; Directed by Debbie Allen)

I was over the moon happy. This may be the most satisfying episode of Grey’s ever. Seriously.  Continue reading “Grey’s Anatomy 14.07 Episode Review”

Grey’s Anatomy 14.06 Episode Review

Season 14, episode 6: Come on Down to My Boat, Baby
(Written by: Kiley Donovan; Directed by: Lisa Leone)

This episode invoked a lot of feelings in people that I wasn’t prepared for, and it wasn’t something that was at the forefront of this episode, so I’m not sure how much time I’ll spend on it, but I will definitely mention some things. Here we go! Continue reading “Grey’s Anatomy 14.06 Episode Review”

Grey’s Anatomy 14.04 Episode Review

Season 14, episode 4: Ain’t That a Kick in the Head (Written by Marlana Hope; Directed by Geary McLeod)

We all know that Amelia has always been a little more boisterous than your typical doctor. A little more out there, a little more willing to take huge risks, both professionally and personally. And now we know that, all along, these decisions were coming from an area of her brain largely occupied by a tumor. Continue reading “Grey’s Anatomy 14.04 Episode Review”
